12 ozs Tagliatelle
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsps fresh Chives (chopped)
salt (to taste)
peppers (to taste)

Preparation steps

Coat a grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Heat grill to high heat. Place salmon skin side down on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 8 -12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tagliatelle according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to pan. Add olive oil to coat to reduce sticking. Set aside until salmon is ready.
3.
To serve place pasta on plate, top with salmon and sprinkle with chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.
