Preparation steps

1.

For the bread, remove the crust from the bread, spread 8 slices with a little butter and lightly toast on the buttered side in a hot pan.

2.

For the cream cheese, mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and spices in a small bowl and stir until smooth.

3.

For the avocado cream, halve the avocado, remove the pit, remove the avocado flesh from the shell and mix with sour cream, lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and green Tabasco sauce and puree.

4.

Place 4 of slightly toasted slices of bread with the fried side up on the work surface and brush lightly with 1/4 of the cream cheese.

5.

Distribute the avocado cream on the cream cheese layer and spread smoothly. Place the bread on it that is not toasted and spread the remaining cream cheese on it. Place the remaining bread with the fried side down on it and press gently. Cut the sandwiches diagonally with a sharp knife for serving. Rinse the pear and cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Mix the pear with the lemon juice and thread with one wooden skewer into the bread. Serve immediately.
