2 Tbsps Corn oil
300 grams Whipped cream

4 slices Salmon (smoked)

Preparation steps

1.

Chop sauerkraut.

Rinse the basil leaves and pluck from the stems, puree with lemon juice and oil, mix cream into puree and season with salt and pepper.

3.

Spread the herb sauce on plates, add 1/4 of the sauerkraut to each and top with the smoked salmon. Sprinkle with coarse pepper and garnish with basil.
