4 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Rinse the herbes de Provence (rosemary, thyme, lavender, marjoram), shake dry, pluck the leaves or needles, finely chop and mix with olive oil. Peel the cloves of garlic, squeeze through a garlic press and mix into the herb mixture. Season with pepper. Mix the schnitzel into the herb mixture, cover and chill for at least 2-3 in the refrigerator.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, dab the schnitzels with kitchen paper and fry on each side for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
