Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice the ginger.

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the shrimp and ginger, and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Season lightly with salt, and add the honey. Stir until the shrimp are coated. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
