- For the dough
- 1 cube fresh Yeast (42 grams or 1.5 ounces)
- 600 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 60 milliliters olive oil
- For the toppings
- 250 grams fresh Spinach
- 400 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 400 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ bunch Basil
- 2 onions
- For baking
- Pastry flour (for kneading)
- Fat (for greasing)
- 250 grams freshly grated Cheese (such as gouda or emmentaler)
Preparation steps

Dissolve yeast in 300 ml (approximately 1.25 cups) of lukewarm water. Combine flour and salt in a bowl, make a depression in the center and pour in yeast milk and oil. Knead by hand until smooth and let rest in a warm place for 1 hour.

Rinse spinach and spin dry. Rinse tomatoes and slices. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.

Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Peel onions and cut into strips. Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 410°F).

Divide dough into 4 equal portions and roll out on a floured work surface the size of pizza pans. Put on pans and top with spinach, tomatoes, basil, shrimp and onions.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Remove, slice and serve.
