Nutritional values

Sports fans and veggie fans take note: Peanut butter consists of more than a quarter of vegetable protein, which, together with magnesium and potassium, contributes to strong muscles. Compared to the popular wheat spelt scores and has a higher proportion of vitamins and minerals and more high-quality protein.

You can vary simple peanut cookies in many ways: You can replace the creamy peanut butter with crunchy peanut butter, and if you like, you can also refine the simple peanut cookies with a little vanilla or cinnamon. You don't like peanuts at all? No problem: Just use almond butter, cashew butter, or sunflower butter instead of peanut butter.
