- Lettuce (rinsed, spun dry, torn into bite-size pieces)
- 100 grams smoked Steelhead trout (divided into 8 equal pieces)
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Horseradish cream
- salt
- freshly ground White pepper
- ½ Kiwi
- 8 sm slices white bread
Preparation steps
1.
Top the bread first with lettuce, then with trout.

Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, horseradish, salt, and pepper. With a piping bag, pipe the mixture in small rosettes onto the trout.
3.
Peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces to garnish the canapés.
