180 grams cream cheese
3 Tbsps Crème fraiche
2 Tbsps Horseradish cream (jarred)

8 slices Whole Grain Rye Rolls
250 grams sliced Smoked salmon
2 Tbsps Caper (jarred)

Preparation steps

Cook the eggs in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, peel and let cool. Rinse the cabbage, trim, remove the corn and finely grate. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche and horseradish and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on half of the bread slices, top with the salmon, cabbage and capers. Slice the eggs and arrange on top like roof tiles. Top with a second slice of bread, press lightly and serve.
