Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, rinse and slice. Rinse and peel snow peas. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes, then add the snow peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Drain vegetables, rinse in cold water and drain.

Mix yogurt with cornstarch and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Coat a baking dish (about 22 cm/approximately 8 inches) with butter and layer in the vegetables, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Pour the spiced yogurt over the vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.

4.

Bake on the center rack in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until the cheese begins to brown, about 15 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley.
