2 Tbsps Orange marmalade
Sambal oelek
juice of 1 Limes
freshly ground pepper
100 grams Salami (thinly sliced)
some Chervil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the wild rice in lightly salted water according to package directions. Rinse cold and drain.

Cook the lentils in lightly salted water for 4-5 minutes. Also drain, saving a few tablespoons for the salad dressing, rinse cold and drain again.

Rinse, trim and blanch the snow peas for 2-3 minutes in lightly salted water. Rinse cold and drain.

For the dressing, mix the marmalade with the Sambal Oelek and lime juice. Stir in some lentil cooking water and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the snow peas on plates along with the salami slices, wild rice and lentils. Drizzle with the dressing and serve garnished with chervil leaves.
