- 7 ozs Snow peas
- salt
- 2 yellow Bell pepper
- 3 ½ ozs soybean sprout
- 2 Limes
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 stalks fresh cilantro
- 1 oz Prawn cracker (krupuk)
Preparation steps

Rinse, trim and blanch snow peas in salted boiling water, about 1 minute. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse and quarter peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Rinse sprouts. Rinse one of the limes and cut into slices.

Squeeze juice from the remaining lime. Stir lime juice with sambal oelek, soy sauce, oil and sugar. Mix dressing with snow peas, peppers, sprouts and lime slices. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with Shrimp crackers/ Krupuk.
