- 2 Melon (such as cantaloupe)
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 5 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 1 generous pinch Saffron
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
- thyme
Preparation steps

Quarter the melon and remove the seeds. Remove the fruit using a melon baller. Mix the oil, lemon juice, and the spices.

Mix the melon balls with the sauce, and let infuse. Serve in small bowls and sprinkled with thyme and cayenne pepper.
