4 Anchovy fillet
250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 cup Crème fraiche
1 generous pinch lemon zest

cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems if necessary, and finely chop. 

2.

Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the scallions. 

3.

Finely chop the capers and anchovies. 

4.

Mix the yogurt with the creme fraiche and the lemon zest until smooth. Mix in the herbs, scallions, capers, and anchovies. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
