- 6 Oranges (peeled, all pith removed, sliced)
- 2 small Red onions (cut into rings)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- Pimentón de la Vera (dulce)
- crushed Red pepper flakes (ground)
- Sea salt
- ¼ cup roasted slivered almonds
Preparation steps
1.
Arrange the orange slices on a plate and top with the onion rings. Halve the orange slices if necessary.

Mix together the oil, lemon juice, pimentón, chilli, salt and ground black pepper to make a dressing. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle with the slivered almonds.
