Pimentón de la Vera (dulce)

Preparation steps

Arrange the orange slices on a plate and top with the onion rings. Halve the orange slices if necessary.

Mix together the oil, lemon juice, pimentón, chilli, salt and ground black pepper to make a dressing. Drizzle over the salad and sprinkle with the slivered almonds.
