200 grams mixed Lettuce (loose-leaf ettuce, Lollo Rosso, Frissée)
3 Peaches
150 grams Cottage cheese
2 Tbsps scallions
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps White vinegar
¼ tsp Mustard
1 pinch sugar
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp sliced almonds

Preparation steps

1.

Divide lettuce leaves, rinse, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-sided pieces.

2.

Cut peaches in half and remove the pits. Cut 2 peach halves into thin strips.

3.

Mix cottage cheese with lemon juice and a little salt and pepper.

4.

Mix vinegar with mustard, season with salt, sugar and pepper and whisk in the oil. Mix with salad leaves and peach slices. Transfer to plates, sprinkle with almonds and place a peach half in the middle of each serving. Mound the cottage cheese on peach halves and serve sprinkled with chives.
