200 grams Mozzarella
5 eggs
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 Tbsp butter

Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse salmon, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Cut mozzarella into slices. Beat eggs with heavy cream. Saute garlic briefly in butter and pour in eggs. Remove pan from heat, season eggs with salt and pepper and top with spinach, salmon and mozzarella. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
