1 Zucchini
1 garlic clove
11 ozs mixed Mushrooms (such as porcini, oyster)
4 stalks parsley
11 ozs Spaghetti
salt
4 Steak fillet (5 oz each)

4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the zucchini and cut with a spiral cutter into thin "noodles". Peel the garlic and chop finely.

2.

Trim the mushrooms and cut in half, depending on size. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves.

3.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions, until al dente, then drain.

4.

Meanwhile, pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and cook the steaks on both sides 4-6 minutes to taste.

5.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan. Saute the mushrooms over high heat with garlic for 3-4 minutes.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan. Sauté the zucchini 1-2 minutes over medium heat.

7.

Mix the drained spaghetti with zucchini and season with salt.

8.

Stir the parsley into the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Distribute the Zucchini Spaghetti on 4 plates and top with the steaks and mushrooms.
