500 grams Spaghettini
salt
400 grams Beef (such as from the hip)
1 garlic clove
1 Red chili pepper
1 Red onion
1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsps Peanut oil
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 handfuls Sprout
2 Tbsps Hoisin sauce
freshly ground peppers
cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse beef, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse chile pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and finely chop. Peel onion, cut in half and thinly slice. Heat oil in a wok and fry onion, garlic, chile pepper and ginger together for about 2 minutes while stirring. Add beef and saute about 2 minutes while stirring. Add soy sauce, mix. Rinse sprouts, drain and add to the wok with drained pasta, mix and season to taste with hoisin sauce and pepper. Serve garnished with cilantro leaves.
