2 thin slices Beef fillet (100 grams each)
soy sauce
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps sesame oil
salt
6 leaves Napa cabbage (About 200 grams)
100 grams carrots
100 grams Celery
100 grams Fennel
100 grams Broccoli
½ tsp Curry
1 centimeter ginger (freshly grated)
½ tsp ground cilantro
200 milliliters Vegetable broth
6 Tbsps soybean sprout

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the beef into thin strips and marinate with a little soy sauce and pepper to taste for about 30 minutes. Trim vegetables and cut into fine strips. Divide broccoli into florets.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add vegetables, season with salt and pepper and pour in vegetable stock. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add soybean sprouts. In a wok, heat remaining oil, add beef and stir-fry briefly. Season with salt.

3.

Put the vegetables on a plate and arrange the beef on top. Serve with basmati rice and salad, if desired.
