Preparation steps

1.

Trim the mushrooms and cut into quarters. Rinse and trim the leek, cut into quarters lengthwise, then cut into small pieces.

2.

Peel the onion, very finely chop and season with the soy sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and 1 tablespoon oil.

3.

Heat the remaining oil in a wok and stir-fry the mushrooms and leeks over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the marinade, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve hot.
