400 grams shredded Pork
300 grams Crabmeat (canned)
200 grams shiitake mushrooms (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
2 Tbsps soy sauce
½ tsp cilantro (ground)
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 nice Lettuce
For garnish
cilantro
paprika (strips)
Leeks (strips)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pork in hot oil in a wok or frying pan to sear while stirring, add onion and mushrooms and cook. Then break up and mix in the crabmeat, stir in tomato paste and soy sauce and cook all for 2 - 3 minutes while stirring. Season with salt, pepper and coriander to taste.

2.

Serve in lettuce leaves and garnish with cilantro leaves and strips of peppers and leeks.
