2 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp brown sugar

400 grams Strawberries
3 Tbsps Strawberry vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

Peel the bottom third of the asparagus and cut into 3-4 cm (approximately 1 1/4-inch) long pieces. Pan-fry in hot olive oil. Sprinkle with sugar, let caramelize slightly and deglaze with a little water. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer covered, 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse strawberries, remove stems and chop. Mix with vinegar, lemon juice and oil. Add the asparagus and toss to coat. Marinate for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and serve.
