1 Tbsp Pine nuts
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp White vinegar
3 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cut asparagus diagonally into 4 cm long pieces. Rinse strawberries, pat dry, quarter. Combine vinegar, oil and orange juice for a marinade, and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Mix with asparagus and strawberries and spread on plates. Toast pine nuts in a pan without oil, sprinkle over salad.
