1 kilogram ripe Strawberries
1 kilogram jam sugar (1 to 1 ratio)
1 lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

Rinse the strawberries, trim stems, chop and combine with the jam sugar in a pot. Heat, stirring occasionally, about 2 hours. Puree mixture briefly with a hand blender. Add the lemon juice and continue cooking while stirring for about 4 minutes. Skim off any foam.

Pour the jam into jars and let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
