Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries, trim and crush in a pot. Rinse the rhubarb, peel outer fibers, cut into 1 cm wide pieces, and mix with strawberries.

Weigh fruit mixture and mix in the jam sugar to the specified ratio. Mix and cover for 1 hour.

3.

Bring all to a boil while stirring, let bubble for 3 minutes and immediately hot fill in twist-off jars. Turn glasses upside down. Let cool.
