- Remoulade
- Horseradish
- Salmon cream
- Mayonnaise
- trout (smoked)
- Smoked salmon
- Salmon caviar
- shrimp
- Tomatoes

Preparation steps
1.
Peel eggs, cut in half, remove yolks and mash with a fork.

Season egg yolks to taste and place in a piping bag. Pipe back into the egg halves. Garnish with the remaining ingredients to taste and serve.
