4 Red mullet fillets (each about 200 grams, ready to cook)
150 grams Porcini mushroom
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
1 egg
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse red mullets and pat dry. Clean mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute garlic and mushrooms for about 3 minutes or until almost all liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and allow to cool a little. Mix with egg, parsley and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Stuff fish with the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and grill for about 10-15 minutes on a hot grill, turning over occasionally.

Garnish with tomatoes and onions, if desired, and serve.
