400 grams trout
1 egg
50 grams Créme legére

1 bunch Dill
2 Tbsps Caper
1, zested and juiced Limes
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
250 milliliters Vegetable broth (instant)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel kohlrabi. Boil in salted water for about 20-30 minutes.

Peel and dice onion. Heat oil in a small nonstick pan and sauté onion. Dice trout and puree. Fold in egg and crème légère. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse dill, shake dry and chop. Stir dill, capers, lime zest and juice and onion. into mixture.

Hollow kohlrabi with a melon baller and fill with trout mixture. Grease a baking dish with oil and add kohlrabi. Rinse cherry tomatoes. Add kohlrabi balls, cherry tomatoes and broth to pan. Roast in an oven preheated to 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
