250 grams Smoked salmon
250 milliliters milk
150 milliliters Whipped cream
4 eggs

Preparation steps

Scrub potatoes and boil in salted water for about 30 minutes or until done. Drain, peel and cool. Cut into slices.

Butter casserole dish.

Peel onion and chop finely. Pluck off dill leaves and chop coarsely. Line casserole dish with a layer of potatoes. Top with a few slices of salmon, sprinkle with dill and onion and top with potatoes. Repeat layer until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of potatoes.Whisk milk with cream and eggs, season with a little salt and pepper. Pour milk mixture over potatoes and dot with butter flakes. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
