600 grams Salmon (ready to cook, skinless)
500 grams potatoes
200 milliliters Whipped cream
2 eggs
salt
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg
butter (for the pan)
75 grams freshly grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry scallions, cut into strips. Rinse and pat dry salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel, rinse and coarsely grate potatoes.

Whisk cream with eggs, season with salt and pepper.  Combine salmon cubes with egg cream, shredded potatoes and scallions. Arrange in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
