- 4 Chicken breasts (skinned and chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt

- 4 sticks Lemongrass

Chicken with Lemongrass Marinade If your lemongrass skewers collapse, simply stick them in the marinade, slightly flattened with the back of a knife and use normal kebab skewers.
Preparation steps
1.
Marinate the chicken with ginger, turmeric and a little seasoning for 30 minutes.
2.
Strip away the outer leaves of the lemongrass to leave the firm inner core. Push it through the pieces of chicken to skewer them.
3.
Griddle over medium heat brushed with a little oil for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
