- 2 slices Rye bread
- For the yellow pepper cream cheese
- 100 grams cream cheese
- ½ bunch Chives
- salt

- ½ yellow Bell pepper
- For the red pepper cream cheese
- 100 grams cream cheese
- ½ Tbsp ground paprika
- 1 small Pickled cucumber
- ½ Red Bell pepper
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Yellow pepper cream cheese: Rinse the chives, cut into small rings and mix with the salt, pepper, and cream cheese.

For the cheese spread: Pluck the thyme from the stalks, chop in half finely. Mix with the quark and season with salt and pepper.

Red pepper cream cheese: Chop the pickled cucumbers finely. Mix with the cream cheese and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Cut the two loaves into slices. Distribute the pieces into thirds. Spread each third of the bread with a different spread. Garnish with strips of pepper according to the spreads and the remaining thyme.
