225 grams Pastry flour
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsps grainy Mustard
600 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximatley 400°F) convection.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and brown the sausages. Heat remaining tablespoon of oil in a roasting pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together flour and salt in a bowl. Form a well in the center and then add eggs to well and lightly beat. Add mustard and mix to form a smooth dough. Slowly incorporate half the milk. Then add remaining milk and stir well. Remove the preheated pan from the oven and place sausages in pan.

4.

Spoon dough mixture over the browned sausages and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and crisp.

5.

Remove from oven and serve immediately.
