- Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 6 crude Pork sausage
- 225 grams Pastry flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 600 milliliters milk
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
2.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to a hot pan and fry the sausages until brown. Turn off the oven and drizzle the remaining oil in the baking pan. Heat baking pan in the oven until hot (5–10 minutes).
3.
Meanwhile, in a bowl make a well with the flour and a pinch of salt. Add eggs to center of well and incorporate into flour. Mix everything into a smooth dough and incorporate half the milk. Add the remaining milk and stir well. Remove the hot baking pan from the oven and arrange the sausages in the pan in a single layer.
4.
Pour the batter around the sausages and bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes.
5.
Serve the dish when the batter has risen and has a crispy, golden crust.
