2 scoops Mozzarella (about 125 g)
1 Lettuce
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Raspberry vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into wedges. Rinse the peaches and pat dry. Cut in half, remove the stones, and cut into slices. Drain the mozzarella thoroughly, then tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the lettuce, separate the leaves, pat dry, and cut into strips. Rinse the mint, pat dry, andd remove the leaves from the stems.

For the vinaigrette, mix the oil with the vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the tomatoes, peaches, lettuce, and the mozzarella. Arrange in bowls, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and serve.
