- 1 small garlic clove
- 2 sprigs thyme (preferably with flowers)
- ½ cup Tomato juice
- ½ tsp green peppercorns
- salt
- In addition: Ice cubes

1 Citrus juicer, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Blender (or immersion blender)
Preparation steps
1.
Halve and juice grapefruit. Measure approximately a scant 1/2 cup of juice.

Peel and quarter garlic.
3.
Rinse thyme, shake dry and set aside.
4.
In a blender, puree grapefruit and tomato juices, garlic, and peppercorns until frothy. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in juice. Season with salt and garnish with reserved thyme.
