350 grams Cherry tomatoes
150 grams red Grape (seedless)
50 grams black Olives
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps Lime juice
1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the tomatoes. Rinse the grapes and cut into small pieces. Chop the olives. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Place all the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Mix in the olive oil and the vinegar. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar and toss to combine. Set aside and let marinate for 20 minutes.

Mix in the cilantro, and serve.
