Preparation steps

1.

Lightly drain the tomatoes and cut them coarsely. Then place them in a tall container and puree them together with 2.5 ounces sunflower seeds, oil and 3-4 tbsp. water. Then season with salt and pepper.

Wash basil, shake dry and chop leaves finely. Add 3/4 of the basil to the tomato spread and stir in.

3.

Spread the spread with tomatoes on four slices of oat bread. Sprinkle with remaining sunflower seeds and basil and serve.
