2 ⅔ cups Buckwheat flour
1 tsp salt
¼ cup butter

Preparation steps

1.
Dry roast the flour in a pan then remove from the pan and set aside.
2.
Fill a pot with 500 ml water, add the salt and bring to the boil. Add the flour and cook on a medium heat for around 20 min stirring occasionally. Gradually add the butter.
3.
Serve for breakfast with freshly brewed coffee added if desired.
