100 grams Mayonnaise
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 ½ Tbsps Caper (in a jar)
2 Tbsps scallions

1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop the eggs. Peel and grate the carrots. Drain the tuna and pick apart with a fork.

2.

Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and 1 tablespoon of caper liquid. Add the carrots, capers, eggs and chives and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve as a spread on fresh ciabatta bread.
