- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- 2 tsps green peppercorns
- To garnish
- Lemon wedge
- cilantro

2 Bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Juicer, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps

Mix together the carrots and tuna.

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard and peppercorns, until thickened.

Divide the carrot and tuna salad between 4 serving plates and drizzle with the dressing.
