- 4 Tomatoes (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 small Red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 sprig parsley (chopped)
- 2 slices crusty Bread

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Aluminum grilling pan, 1 Brush
Preparation steps

Mix together the tuna, sliced tomatoes, onion, garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley.

Toast the bread and top with the tuna mixture.
