Nutritional values

Tuna supports blood formation with its iron content, containing 1.2 milligrams of this trace element per 100 gram serving. Radicchio is also good for digestion: the bitter substance intybin has a positive effect on the blood vessels, digestion, and helps stimulate the production of bile.

If you would prefer, you can also make the wraps with smoked salmon. This provides extra omega-3 fatty acids, which have been proven to protect against high cholesterol levels.
