- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 6 Tortillas (18 cm|7" in diameter)
- 13 ozs canned Tuna (drained)
- 2 large Tomatoes (diced)
- 1 Red onion (finely sliced)
- ½ Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
- salt
- peppers

Variations: add other ingredients such as diced cucumber, watercress, torn basil leaves, etc.
Preparation steps
1.
Mix the mayonnaise with the tomato paste and spread over the tortillas.
2.
Flake the tuna in a bowl and mix with the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Divide between the tortillas, roll up and serve.
