½ stalk Leeks
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 carrots
60 grams Iceberg lettuce
5 sprigs Purslane
½ handful Dill
1 can Tuna (180 grams drained)
100 grams cream cheese
50 grams Sour cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 splash lemon juice
4 Tortillas (Whole wheat)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse leek thoroughly, halve and cut into thin slices or strips. Heat oil in a pan and saute for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat. 

2.

Peel carrots and cut into thin strips (julienne). Rinse iceberg lettuce, purslane and dill and shake or spin dry. Chop dill finely and cut iceberg lettuce into strips.

3.

Combine tuna with cream cheese, sour cream and leek, season with salt, pepper, dill and lemon juice.

4.

Heat wraps in a dry pan on both sides and fill with salad, carrots and tuna salad. Wrap and serve.
