4 Boiled potatoes
1 white onion
400 grams Beans (canned, navy beans or small borlotti beans)
300 grams Tuna (canned, drained of oil)
olive oil
4 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
100 milliliters fish stock (canned)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
salt
freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and cut into small slices. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Drain beans.

2.

Drain tuna and chop small. Mix tuna, beans, potatoes, onion and parsley. Add 4 tablespoons oil, fish stock and vinegar. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper.
