350 grams button Mushroom

600 grams turkey breasts
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

200 milliliters dry white wine
300 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant)
1 Tbsp Curry powder
100 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps finely chopped Chervil

Preparation steps

Trim mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse leeks, trim and cut white and light green portions into narrow strips. Peel carrots and dice. Peel apples, quarter, remove seeds and cut quarters crosswise into small pieces.

Cut turkey meat in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and brown turkey on all sides over medium heat. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add prepared vegetables and apple slices to the pan, fry over low heat for 8-10 minutes while stirring. Add wine and broth and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Add cream and stir. Place turkey on vegetables in the pan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

To serve, cut turkey into slices, serve with vegetables on plates and garnished with chervil.
