500 grams turkey breasts
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps butter
2 eggs
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 soft Sesame seed rolls
5 Cabbage (from red or white cabbage)
½ honeydew melon
1 Tbsp White vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Chop or grind turkey finely and mix with breadcrumbs and cream. Peel  onion and garlic and dice into cubes. Add to turkey with the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and mix into a smooth batter. Shape into 4 turkey burgers and cook in a pan in butter for about 4 minutes on each side.

Seed honeydew melon and cut into slices. Cut slices into thin strips.

3.

Cut cabbage into thin strips. Mix vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in olive oil and mix with the cabbage and melon strips.

4.

Fill sesame seed rolls with the turkey burgers and coleslaw and serve.
