Nutritional values

The turkey meat scores with a low fat content and at the same time with muscle-strengthening protein. It also contains around 11 milligrams of niacin per 100 grams. Our body needs this B vitamin for a healthy fat metabolism.

By the way, turkey and turkey means the same animal. The term turkey refers only to the domesticated form of the wild turkey. Therefore you can easily replace the meat with turkey breast. Serve the meat with a side dish such as a vegetable-rice pan from the oven.
